Step into a Vision Trip

Learn how you can multiply better—and watch God’s mission take shape in real time

You have a heart for sharing the hope of Jesus with the world and a vision for church multiplication, we have the experience and knowledge to help you make it happen! Join other established church and network leaders who want to make a difference. Attend a 2-day Vision Trip with Stadia — We’ll cover the cost of food and one night of lodging; you just have to get there!

NOTE: Vision Trips are for established church and network leaders who want to explore what it looks like to partner with Stadia. If you are a church planter in need of Stadia’s services, check out stadia.org/services.

See Church Planting Come Alive

Not only will you meet Stadia church partners, new-church planters, and other ministry leaders, but you’ll also get to see our Discovery process in action.

By Day Two, you’ll be sitting across from a church planter you just met—listening to their story, hearing how God moved over months of prayer and courage. In that moment, you’ll see: this matters—and so does your church’s role in it.

Because the Next Generation is Counting on Us

You’re passionate about starting and leading thriving, growing, multiplying churches—not just for today, but for tomorrow. For your kids. Your grandkids. Your city’s future.

The next generation needs new churches—places where they can encounter Jesus in ways that speak their language, their culture, their questions. And your church can be part of making that happen.

Stadia’s Vision Trips create space for you and your team to learn, reflect, and dream boldly. You’ll experience real stories, meet real planters, and start shaping your own vision for church multiplication.

How will your church multiply hope, faith, and belonging—for the generations to come?

Pastor, Leader, Advocate—

We promise we’re not pitching, we’re inviting you to be part of something bigger. Sip coffee and spend time with leaders who’ve been where you are. Join a growing movement of churches and investors saying “Yes” to Jesus and their cities. If that stirs your heart at all—come see it for yourself.

What to Expect: A Front-Row Seat to What God Is Doing

Experience Three Days That Could Change Everything—for You, Your Church, and the Next Generation

A Vision Trip isn’t a conference or a tour. It’s an invitation—to listen, to witness, to be stirred. Over three intentional days, you’ll see new churches in action, meet leaders on the frontlines of church planting, and reflect on how your church could multiply its Kingdom impact. You’ll return home with a clearer vision, deeper relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Vision Trip | Day One

Afternoon
The afternoon is focused on connection and clarity. Guests gather to meet one another, share hopes and questions, and engage in honest conversation about church planting today. You’ll hear brief leadership stories and be introduced to Stadia and the vision behind the journey ahead.

Evening
The evening moves to Discovery for dinner and conversation with a local church planter. Through shared stories, Q&A, and time for reflection, the day closes with space to process what you’re sensing and to prepare for what’s next.

Morning
The morning begins with worship and prayer. Guests engage in conversations around the gospel, cultural awareness, and where they currently are in their own journey. Through hands-on activities like neighborhood and culture mapping, you’ll explore why context matters and how it shapes healthy, effective church planting.

Afternoon
Over lunch and into the afternoon, the focus shifts to multiplication in practice. Guests hear from a local church planter, then explore key components of church multiplication—organizational identity, disciple-making, leadership development, and pathways for sending leaders. Small-group discussions create space to evaluate current strategies, share insights, and name next steps. The day closes with reflection, prayer, and an invitation to continue the journey together.

“When you arrive, Ashley Stegeman and our Stadia hosts aren’t just greeters—they’re your guides. We’ll listen, we’ll dream with you, we’ll laugh over coffee—and we won’t let you leave without seeing how your church could ignite new expressions of Jesus’ love.”

— Alex Robinson, VP of Marketing and Engagement, Stadia
