See Church Planting Come Alive

Not only will you meet Stadia church partners, new-church planters, and other ministry leaders, but you’ll also get to see our Discovery process in action.

By Day Two, you’ll be sitting across from a church planter you just met—listening to their story, hearing how God moved over months of prayer and courage. In that moment, you’ll see: this matters—and so does your church’s role in it.

Because the Next Generation is Counting on Us

You’re passionate about starting and leading thriving, growing, multiplying churches—not just for today, but for tomorrow. For your kids. Your grandkids. Your city’s future.

The next generation needs new churches—places where they can encounter Jesus in ways that speak their language, their culture, their questions. And your church can be part of making that happen.

Stadia’s Vision Trips create space for you and your team to learn, reflect, and dream boldly. You’ll experience real stories, meet real planters, and start shaping your own vision for church multiplication.

How will your church multiply hope, faith, and belonging—for the generations to come?

Pastor, Leader, Advocate—

We promise we’re not pitching, we’re inviting you to be part of something bigger. Sip coffee and spend time with leaders who’ve been where you are. Join a growing movement of churches and investors saying “Yes” to Jesus and their cities. If that stirs your heart at all—come see it for yourself.

What to Expect: A Front-Row Seat to What God Is Doing

Experience Three Days That Could Change Everything—for You, Your Church, and the Next Generation

A Vision Trip isn’t a conference or a tour. It’s an invitation—to listen, to witness, to be stirred. Over three intentional days, you’ll see new churches in action, meet leaders on the frontlines of church planting, and reflect on how your church could multiply its Kingdom impact. You’ll return home with a clearer vision, deeper relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

🛬 Day 1: Arrival + Orientation

Evening Welcome + Dinner
5-9 PM

You’ll be greeted by Stadia hosts and fellow church leaders from across the country. Over a relaxed dinner, we’ll share stories, hopes, and a look at what’s ahead. This is your time to settle in, exhale, and start dreaming.

💡 Day 2: Immersion + Insight

Morning: Meet a Church Planter
Sit across from a leader who said “yes” to God’s call. Hear the real story—how their church started, the obstacles they faced, the people now finding hope. You’ll see how your church could help make this happen again.

Midday: Step Into Discovery
Join a session of Stadia’s Discovery process and get an inside look at how we identify and prepare church planters. You’ll see the intentionality and care behind our process—and start imagining who from your church might belong in that room.

Afternoon: Strategy + Stories
Explore what it takes to launch a healthy, thriving church. We’ll walk through real-world models of partnership, multiplication, and coaching—and how churches like yours are already making a difference.

Evening: Connection Dinner + Open Conversation
Gather around the table again. This time, it’s less structured—more space to talk, ask questions, and reflect. The best moments often happen here.

🙏 Day 3: Reflection + Next Steps

Morning Devotional + Debrief
We’ll close with prayer, honest conversation, and time to consider:

What is God stirring in you? What might this mean for your church?

You’ll head home with new clarity, stronger relationships, and a next step—whether that’s joining a future Vision Trip, becoming a partner, or launching your own church planting journey.

“When you arrive, Ashley Stegeman and our Stadia hosts aren’t just greeters—they’re your guides. We’ll listen, we’ll dream with you, we’ll laugh over coffee—and we won’t let you leave without seeing how your church could ignite new expressions of Jesus’ love.”
