Relationships

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, Romans 12:10, Revelation 7:9

Meaningful relationships are the foundation of every great partnership. We value deep, trusting relationships with church planters, partners, and organizations. God works powerfully when a diversity of people collaborate, serving with and learning from one another. These relationships point to the most important one of all: our relationship with Jesus. When we serve side by side in that relationship, we advance the Kingdom together.

Next Generation

Isaiah 43:19, Psalm 78:4

God is always at work in what comes next. We care deeply about the next generation discovering faith and the next generation of churches being planted to reach them. We work for and with the next generation, shaping next generation leaders and starting next generation churches to carry the gospel forward for generations to come.

Story:

Health

Matthew 16:26

Healthy leaders form healthy churches, and healthy churches multiply. By prioritizing spiritual, emotional, and relational health, we ensure multiplication flows from wholeness, not exhaustion.

Urgency

Romans 10:14-15

Urgency flows from love. There are billions of people on this planet who have yet to encounter Jesus. It is imperative that we work with urgency to move quickly and faithfully to help establish local churches in communities everywhere. The gospel is too good, and the moment too important, to wait.

Urgency without health is unsustainable , but health always results in urgency.

Celebration

Luke 15

New life in Jesus is always worth celebrating. We rejoice in the many ways God is at work through changed lives, growing communities, and thriving new churches. If Heaven is having a party, we should too!
